Description

  • Support Tokens: Twelve (12) tokens are allocated for service visit calls for all IT support excluding server based equipment. This includes Three (3) hours of free remote support each month. One (1) token is equivalent to One (1) hour.
  • Unlimited Phone Hotline Service: Available every day, 24/7, including weekends and public holidays.
  • On-Site Service Visits: These are to be scheduled during normal working hours, from Monday to Friday, 10 am – 6 pm. A Twenty-Four (24) hour advance notice is required for appointments.
  • Normal Response Time: Service is chargeable at One (1) Token per hour or part thereof.
  • Scheduled On-Site Services Outside Normal Hours: These are chargeable at Three (3) Tokens per hour or part thereof.
  • Emergency On-Site Service: Chargeable at Two (2) Tokens per hour or part thereof, with an emergency response time within 12 hours.
